Payment Options
1. Direct Transfer PayID via your Online Banking – pay direct to our email address and complete the form details below.
2. Online Stripe Credit/Debit Card – complete the payment form details below
3. BPAY via your Online Banking – Please note the Biller Code and your Reference numbers on your invoice in order to make your payment from your cheque, savings, debit card, credit card or transaction account.
4. Cash EFT Bank Deposit – payments may be made over the counter at any ANZ bank or by online internet banking. Please use the invoice number as your payment reference.
5. Phone Credit/Debit Card – call (02) 4480 6464 or 1800 258 531 during business hours.
Please direct transfer the amount payable to PayID: admin@ozmedtrust.com.au
Pay using your online banking. You simply choose the option to pay to a PayID instead of a BSB and account number. Once you’ve entered PayID details, you’ll be shown the name of the person or business registered.
Once you have paid please use the form below to submit the receipt/screenshot of the payment.
